Well, for a chiropractor I'd think it'd be biology...
Chemistry is more for the people that like math.

Generally, at the beginning levels I think both are fun and easy. In more advanced courses, chemistry will become more math and biology will stay the same but much more detailed. So since most health professionals major in biology (life sciences) vs. chemistry (physical sciences), I'd assume you'd major in biology. Additionally, if you take anatomy/physiology/etc during your major, your DC degree coursework will be much easier, whereas chemistry course won't likely help you with that.
Although, since you have to take both for prerequisites, you'll get a flavor for both and decide from there. Best of luck.

The old professor says: As one in the applied sciences (earth sciences), I would split the difference and say become a biochemist. That way you can enjoy the benefits of each discipline. That's why I got into the earth sciences, because I like all sciences and as an earth scientist I can be involved in geology, astronomy, meteorology, and oceanography with the sub-disciplines of physical-, chemical- and biological- in each.

biology I would say is more fun, anything that is fun is easy in some way because you are determined to learn it and the challenges keep you from becoming bored. I say that they both are pretty easy though

depends what you're more interested in and who the teacher is. Personally I found chemistry to be tougher but also more interesting. YOu might want to have some math classes though
