i live in Singapore, a fine southeast Asian country. Although we are lucky there is no natural disaster here, the sad thing is that Singaporeans seem to freak out and turn pale by the mention of a terrorists attacks, 'disaster' or anything that will harm their property or self interest.
They are afraid they will lose out in anything (whether material gains or 'luck' or 'spiritual benefits' in life. So though nothing serious happen here, Singaporeans are constantly panicking like so guilty assassins~ lol

Its a bit off the topic, but i cant help by share this silly phenomena with you guys from other countries! :P

I live in Northern New Jersey and luckily we don't normally have any natural disters. THe most we'll get is a bad rain storm with high winds. No tornadoes, earthquakes or Hurricanes. Thank God!

I live in So. California too. We have much more than just earthquakes. We have brush fires too... then when the rain comes... landslides.

I still love it here though! I keep thinking we're due for another earthquake soon. Check your earthquake supplies!
