No, and here's why:
It really irks me when you can send your kid on the school bus and they are not required to have seat belts. Yes, the bus is large, but there is an increasing amount of school bus accidents on the evening news lately.
Secondly, my great state of Pennsylvania had the bright idea to discredit the motorcycle helmet law. You don't need to wear a helmet in PA to ride a motorcycle. PLUS, motorcycles ARE vehicles (the last time I checked the description), so, they should have seat belts too!
It is my choice. I pay for my own health insurance. If I don't want to wear it, I won't (and I will fight tooth and nail over it).

I think it should be mandatory for children under 18 to wear them and children under 5' tall not be allowed to ride in the front seat due to possible death from an air bag if it deploys.. but once you are past the age of 18, it should be a personal choice.

Yes. I also think they should be in school buses. I just was on a bus with one of my son's for a school field trip and it felt very odd not having a seat belt on.

just kids under 16.... if yoiu are an adult it should be your choice.. sometimes the seat belt is what hurts you in accidents, my friend was badly hurt, they told her she would have been better off, not wearing one at all
