I'm always mistaken for a teenager or low twenties. I don't eat healthy at all. I drink beer all the time, eat junk food, eat ALL types of meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc.) and very few vegetables or fruit. I feel great and I'm 32. But at some point I recognize that this will have to change as I continue to get older. I also like to tan and don't use any kinds of creams. Everyone is just different I guess.

Personally, people usually guess me to be 19-20 and I am almost 30. I tan, I drink, I eat well, work out but party a bit much and don't sleep a whole lot so it is not the cleanest of lifestyles in terms of self care. I think that the thing that does the most magic is I have fun, so I still feel young and I use retin-a on my face

In my opinion its really stupid to take tons of precautions so that you can look slightly younger when you're older. Look good and have fun while you ARE young. Smoking and being tan are examples of these. Exercise and eat right, those things pay off now AND later on in life.

I was told I do, but who knows. When I was a teen, I never wore makeup or put on all that lotion stuff to reduce wrinkles and things like that. I even tried to stay out of the sun. Didnt use soap on my skin cause that dries it out. Natural oils is the best way.
I would take a baby wipe and wipe my face a couple times to have a clean feeling. If I did wear makeup, I would take it off right away and not sleep with it on.

I'm 31 and people mistake me for a teenager a lot. Some have said early to mid 20s. I don't do anything special, though. I don't eat healthy (I'm a big girl) and I don't use sunscreens. I like to tan. I don't exercise like I should. I do drink a lot of water, though. I think I just have good genes. People think my mom is in her 30s!

i don`t know, i must be genetically blessed...i`m almost 40, but most people imagine that i am around 25...& i`m terrible...i tan year-round in the tanning bed, never use spf, smoke...the only thing i can say is that since i was a teenager i`ve always used a good skin-care regime of cleansers & moisturizers...but other than that, i haven`t a clue!!!

I used to look much younger than I am. Now I look a few years older than I am. The difference? My child, who is now 3. I sleep less and have less time to tend to myself. I'm also addicted to Pepsi.

It does pay off. I don't smoke. I use moistureizer everyday and I wear a bra everyday. I am mistaken for 10 years younger than I am DAILY. It's kind of annoying... And-part of it is genes...

i'm 14 but people think i'm pretty younger, body wise. probably because i'm petite and skinny. but sometimes i wish i could not have fast metabolism or be so petite because everyone at my school bothers me about it so much. like they say, "are you anorexic?" or "oh my god, i bet you're so skinny you'll fly away!" or something. and all the guys probably think i'm weird. but yes, i do look younger. people sometimes mistake me for a 11 year old or
something.
P.S. have you seen andy milonakis? he looks young.
