There are small strip malls on the strip that have your typical souvenirs for cheap. There's one between the Planet Hollywood Casino and the MGM on the east side of the strip, there's one between the Riviera and the Wynn and many shops on the Fremont Street Experience area. Also check out the self proclaimed world's largest gift shop at the strip and Sahara blvd.

On the Strip called the General Store. Near Circus Circus. World famous and reasonable items.
Andy Wall Mart as well, they have little sections devoted to LV souvenirs. Got some real nice T shirts for $5.

They sell them everywhere on the strip, just leave your hotel and walk in either direction. You can't go two blocks without hitting a store selling cheap souvenirs.
