If your employer finds out you have lied on your application, you will be terminated immediately without any recourse. Some searches take 3-6 months to get a response on.

Tell the truth. It will come back to you. A felony once put on your record never goes off.You might check and see if it has been removed. if it has not Your employer will find out.
