What we have here is the a civil litigation that has gone way over the top. And to think this moron that filed it, is a judge, is unbelievable. And to think how they moan about frivolous lawsuits.

If I were the presiding judge at the trial, I'd throw the case out in a heartbeat, make the judge pay all of the cleaners legal expenses, including expenses they incurred in any driving/taking of work, etc. related to the case, and order the judge to buy both the Korean man and his wife a new suit/dress from a tailor of their choice.

This is the problem with the justice system - it creates such double standards - nobody from a normal background would be able to pursue such a claim, blatant inequality.

It also inflicts so much suffering on innocent parties, regardless of the ruling.

It's open to abuse by vile bullies.

And the whole system lets inherently corrupt, dishonest people into positions of great power.

Such is life.

like the Judge overlooking the case said, "at the end of the day, its about a man and a pair of pants"

the thing i dont get is, they offered at times, 4 grand and up to 12 grand for a stupid pair of pants, i dont care if it was an inconvience, its a pair of pants.

im sure that judge has never made a mistake or thrown someone in jail that was innocent! (rolls eyes)

The Chung's should have refused to serve him, once they knew he was the sort of customer who constantly complained, they have that right. Plus they should have put their house in order so that people cloths did not keep going missing. Yes i feel sorry for them, the so called American dream, quite often turns out to be a nightmare

The old saying says the law is an *** and this guy proves it. He should be kicked out of his position as he's clearly abusing it on a personal vendetta.

Jeez!

Now I truly understand what is meant by "The Courts Govern America."

The judge knows no boundaries.

And he is in a position of trust?

God help us all!
