Nothing will help your relaxation better than having confidence in your driving ability.
Practice, practice, practice! If you are still uneasy here is a suggestion. I take the prescription medication 5mg Clonazepam for occasional anxiety. With doctor approval, try it a couple of days in advance of your driving test to see what effect it has on you. Make sure you are well rested because it can make you drowsy. You may decide that one half of a tablet is sufficient on the day of your test. It works well, is inexpensive and is not addictive like similar medications.

Well I would not recommend any drugs, but the what worked for me before my test was to go right when the DMV opened. That way, I did not spend all day thinking about it and worrying. Also, the test is really easy. For me, I had to make a right hand turn out of the parking lot, make a lane change, then we came to a signal light and made a left turn. Next, we pulled into a neighbor hood and pulled to the curb. I performed a downhill park, pulled away from the curb, and was done. I drove back to the DMV and got my picture taken! I got my liscense about 3 weeks ago so this is current info. Good luck!!

Anything that calms you down is going to have a negative effect on your performance and screw up your reflexes.....which is the worst possible thing to do while driving.. Your best approach is practise, practise,,,,until it's second nature. Remember.... nobody ever permanently fails their driving test and everyone eventually passes. So why worry?

alcohol, or see if you can find out the course that the DMV that you are going to uses (they tend to have a favorite course they drive) and take your car out with your licensed 25 or older friend/family member and drive the course til you know it like the back of your hand. otherwise, just practice and make sure the car you do it in (practice that is) is the car you're gonna use for the test, good luck.

taking any type of drugs before a driving test can pretty much insure that you'll fail!
There is nothing to be nervous about.... just drive like you own the road!
