If good behavior is the criterion for this reduction, I expect to see her there for the entire sentence.

Actually the largest portion of her sentence was reduced due to overcrowding that is mandated by court order to be relieved. As for good behavior that might be 10-12 days off the 45 days. But then again she will still have to behave. LOL

Her mom fairly had the unmitigated gall to ask, "have not we paid adequate money?" curiously her mom is so busy attempting to oil those palms that she fails to be certain how ridiculous she sounds. i don't care how lots money the pampered little socialite has to burn. i'm somewhat no person and that i genuinely does not be enable off for stable habit if I had acted the way Paris did. What if she had killed somebody? there's a woman rotting in reformatory in my county who will probable die there because of the fact she became into eating and "by danger" drove her automobile over an embankment. she landed on the roof of a house and killed a sixteen 12 months previous boy drowsing in his mattress. If she have been famous, would they have enable her out after some years for stable habit? money buys completely too lots privilege in this united states of america.

The good behavoir reduction is not automatic- she has to behave first.
The reason for this is overcrowding, and all inmates are eligable to recieve this.
While I believe she should be imprisoned just for being who she is, i cant complain about this as it isnt special treatment
