I resized it just fine, and now I'm trying to take out the blur, the programs I'm using are irfanview and faststone, I don't know if it helps or not, but the image is of pokemon Lucario, so it's anime....

I don't know if the term DPI meaqns anything that has to do with anything or not, so any help is greatly appreciated

DPI means Dots Per Inch and it does have a lot to do.The more DPI, the less blurry.However,i think you can only decrease,not increase (im not sure about this)

I would not recommend "resizing" because it will leave the picture all pixelated and granulated. You are using Irfanview,great! However, use the "Resample" option, that way your picture wont get blurry when changing size

Also, an easier option would be to go to images.google.com and search for Lucario. You'll find lots of Lucario pix

You cant perform miracles on blurred pictures. most software can sharpen them, but the computing logic cant tell which part can be sharpen and which cant, so the end result is no better.
