A few posters have already said that she may not even serve time because of a possible rich person intervention.
She has been raised to be a very spoiled brat and not a bright one at that. I don't dislike or hate her. That's just what I perceive of her when I see her on TV. If she actually does go to jail she will be very surprised and may be traumatized whether that will be severe or not. Jail is not a pleasant place to be.
Hopefully this will teach her a lesson and yeah I do agree that there are quite a few celebrities that need to be in there with her. She is being punished for something that she deserves..

Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days last year, and they never sent her because the prison was overcrowded.
I doubt Paris will even spend 15 minutes.

As annoying as Paris Hilton is, she doesn't deserve to be treated badly. I think she needs to pay for what she did- just like the rest of us would have to. Just because she's rich and "famous" (for whatever reason...) doesn't mean she's above the law. She should get the exact same treatment as a non-celebrity.

You are talking about a girl who, up until now, never had to do anything she didn't want to do, and now she is facing jail time. It will be interesting to see if her Father's money can get her out of it.

But no because she'll go to rich people jail. Not regular everyday people jail where they send real criminals.

I think she will be because i'm pretty sure there are going to be a lot of jealous people who have hate towards her. But like everyone else said...who cares, shes human just like you and I. She broke the law, we have to pay, so should she.
