It would be better. We would enjoy life to the fullest and take our time soaking up the wounders of life. Now a days people are in such a rush...we forget to do what makes us happy. We always says theres not enough time in a day and that makes us rush

It would all be in the now frame, pretty much how a photon sees time, and non-locality would make sense, where virtual particles could communicate instantly across light years, which in theory they apparently can. If you could step outside of the spacetime continuum and view it as a whole, you would see the future and past all at once, depending your which way your mind decided to slice the continuum. Thought experiments of this nature are quite interesting.
Better or worse would lose their meanings. It would be all things.

There's be no life without time. Whether that's better or worse is a judgement call.

that'll be the day when earth stops rotating, where half the world is black and the other is bright, no time zone, but life still goes on, somebody else would still invent a clock, you see
the law of flaw is omnipresent, it could be better and worse at the same time, did i mention time?

Life without time, would depend on the life. If you are a person with no worries, lots of love, and enough money to make it without struggling, life without a reference to time, would be beautiful....
But if you are homeless, or poor, enslaved, beaten... etc, a life without time would be hells equal........
OR one could argue that having the absence of time could change the factors of ones life, as opposed to being stuck in one "time frame..."
GREAT QUESTION =)

Without darkness can their be light? If you never experience loss than how can you ever fully enjoy anything? If nothing were to die or change you would never be able to fully appreciate it during the time you experience it.

As much as the restrictions of linear time can suck, it does serve to prevent everything from happening at once.
