a police report has been filed and the only step the school is taking is to have him attend day time classes, while we attend night time classes..it's unfair that we have to change our schedule to avoid him, while we are the victims!

You could hire a lawyer to file suit. You could go to the press. You should notify every member of the school board reminding them that they will be legally liable for this students actions.. Contact the ACLU.

Why don't you take responsibility for yourself and not look to the school to be your mommy? File charges against the person committing the acts (or do you just want to go after the deep pockets). If you must file against the school, go to the board of education and file.

Go to the sheriffs department where you live and file charges. If needed contact a lawyer and take the school board to court over failure to comply with there own zero tolerance policy. sexual harassment is never acceptable no matter what.

Was the student found guilty in court? If not schools have wide discretion in deciding how to handle issues regarding students, and the courts normally will dismiss the case and defer to the school.

Contact your local board of education and if need be, also contact your local police department(if need be...especially if the person doing the harassing is an adult).
I hope that you get the issue resolved soon.
GOOD LUCK

Well, you don't do anything. The "Others" file a complaint, tell theit parents and meet with administration. If that dosn't work, then the district, then the school board.....

You go to the police.

If they find merit to your charge they will take action of some kind.

If the police take action the school will be forced to consider the danger the student presents and take corrective action.
