I am very picky and I don't want to see this guy anymore, but I can't stop talking to him...I actually told him it was over 3 weeks ago but we kept calling each other and seeing each other ov er again...Our situation is complicated he is still married (but kinda separated) i am divorce and no kids he's got a kid though and I don't want to continue this relationship...Help me ,,,

Next time you get the urge to call him, tell yourself why you can't and stick with it. If he calls, don't pick up the phone. It already sounds like an unhealthy relationship. Move on with your life and don't get with someone you don't love or want to be with.

Let me be candid:
Your situation isn't complex: he's married and you're not. Being kinda separated is like being kinda married or kinda pregnant. Either you are or you're not. He's not free to be in a relationship with you.
Secondly, if you really don't want to talk to him, block his number or change yours. Block his email, don't answer the door if he comes by.
If you don't want to continue the relationship, don't. Don't give yourself excuses or say it's "complicated." It isn't.

Keep yourself very very busy doing other things. You are looking for an ego rush, or enjoy the drama or something. If you want it over, then act like it. Put on your big girl panties and deal.

I've been there, and it's not easy.
But you need to drop it! COMPLETELY!
You are just trying to justify that he is "kinda separated".... the divorce may be in the works, but it's not final yet, so anything can happen.
When someone is pregnant, they are pregnant, they aren't "kinda" pregnant... so same with your situation.
Get out!
