What are the chances of a four man corporation surviving?

I am 22 and starting a corporation with three other guys my age that would deal with web design. The corporations stock would be split evenly, but I am hesitant about it. Do these types of corporations usually work that start this way? Should I do it myself? I think there may already be a bad apple!! What are your thoughts?

I'm part of a 2-person corporation. We each make about $500,000 per year. I would say we're doing more than surviving. We have several sub-contractors (not employees).
