Make sure you have some clutch lever "free play".
The clutch cable shouldn't have any pulling tension on it, until the lever is pulled 1/8"-1/4" away from the perch.
Use thicker oil 20w/50.
When you install a new clutch, let the fiber plates soak in motor oil for at least an hour, to absorb as much oil as possible (you want them fully saturated).
Don't slip the clutch so much and don't beat on it. Riding on hard surfaces will ware out the clutch faster (like pavement).

if you are just learning to ride the atv it could be that or if you are holding the clutch in when the engine is above idle you frount sprocket shouldnt have anything to do with it that is all i can think of with out seeing it
