Ask Reggie Miller or Michael Jordan... Oh, my bad. Even they don't make it every time...

Theres no way to make it everytime. But learn the standard way to shoot at there was a test they did that would lock you on to the basket because your brain breaks stuff down subcontiously in to squares that are seen with your vision. If you stare at the back middle rim of a hoop for 5 good long seconds and then shoot without looking away you will begin to always shoot the ball straight. Can't change your form though. This is how nash and all those other ballers practice FT's. Hell a 80 year old man used this technique with his granny shots and made 100+ free throws in a row setting a world record or something

Nothing is impossible. It doesn't take an Einstein to figure this one out. Normally, I would use a ten foot ladder, since that method is aided by something not related to basketball then I would resort to sitting by the base of hoop facing away from the board. While I straddle the hoop, all I need to do is drop the ball in front of me. This will assure you a 100% success in shooting the ball unless someone will try to deflect the shot. Try this method and if you encountered any problem then you can buy the book "Shooting basketball for dummies" for more instructions in the art of shooting a basketball.

Even the best players in the world are considered to be having a "hot" game if they exceed 50%; "EVERY TIME" is not possible.
To improve your shot, you must have your stance in alignment, as well as your shoulder and elbow; you also need to follow-through the shot.
You also hear people talk about getting into a rhythm hen you shoot. Some have a pre-shot routine for free-throws, and step into a jump shot.
The most impressed I have been in recent years with a pure shot was when Jermaine O'Neal's right shoulder was dislocated and the foul was called... but only the person who was fouled can take the shot... so he stood there in pain, and shot both free throws perfectly using ONLY his left hand (he's a righty, but couldn't even lift the right hand to steady the ball).

I suppose if you were to find a way to get to a magical land far, far away, put on some magical red shoes, have the good witch sprinkle some magic dust over your arms and hands, find the golden basketball and the enchanted basketball hoop, and never wake up from that fantasy land, then you'd make every hoop.
Or you can do it the easy way and become a Harlem Globetrotter and play no one but the Washington Senators. You'd never miss then...

I dont think there is a way to make it every time but that would be pretty amazing! I know that your shot is greatly improved then your feet are together, you bounce the ball three times and, your elbows are inward and you look at the hoop before you shoot. It helps soo much.
Good luck!

Lots and Lots of Practice. You have to practice each angle and length away from the basket. You have to have good angle while shoot, have your feet and arms in the right spot and shoot the ball right.

It's impossible to shoot with 100% accuracy. Get as good as Jordan or Bryant and you'll be fine. Practice practice practice!

My trick is dribbling the ball seven times, bending your knees, properly holding the ball, aiming for the basket and the main thing of all is concentrating on the basket and then you shoot. Simple as that.
