Probably not. Nothing you name could quickly eat an entire fish. Check around on the floor and in the filter.

its amazing what can disappear, i once had an 8inch Cobalt Discus disappear completely, of course it was in a 100 gallon planted tank but even so i never found it. even though i checked every little hole that the plecs could have dragged it off too.
just to make it more mysterious, there was not a blip when testing the water over the next couple of weeks.
of course if a fish can get its mouth round it its food.

If i had to guess, i would say it is still in ur tank somewhere or the Gourami ate it. Gouramis arent normally aggresive fish, but if the fish is small enough and they are hungry enough, they have been known to eat other fish. Doesnt happen very often tho. Just in case, you wanna make sure you feed your fish on a regular basis. So it doesnt happen again.

Maybe it got eaten. Otherwise check around the tank. My friends fish disappeared and we found it dead under her desk. It had apparently been caught in the filter and spat out (it was only little).

I would check on the floor and in your filter. Most likely it jumped out or got sucked up in the filter.
