I take my own candy in.

i always take my purse that had extra room in it and i crame a bottles soda a small bag of chips and my own candy in there all that stuff is to expensive at the theater anymore.

I always try and take my candy in, and I only get a refillable drink so I can sneak from one movie to another and fill up on my way. I do believe that if they want to charge me $8 or more for a matinee, I will get my monies worth and see two for the price of one. It's also a good way to see a movie I like and a movie my husband likes.

If I know ahead of time, I'll buy candy. If I can't make it to the store, I'll splurge and buy something at the theater. Hey, it's not so bad spending a few bucks for fun at the movies now is it??

I sometimes bring my own candy...and sometimes i coke too. Seems a waste to spend so much money when you can get the same things for 90% less

I must admit I'm guilty of concealing the dollar store paraphernalia in my purse, but I will spring for the overpriced popcorn. Can't go to the movies without getting movie popcorn!

I usually find a girl to go with and she will bring her "big" purse! We then go to the gas station and grab drinks and snacks and sneak them in. I'm not paying that much for crap that will only hurt my body! Its ridiculous! Ive even went through a drive-thru at a taco bell with a girl and we stuffed the tacos in her purse and ate dinner at the theater while the previews were showing!......good times! : )

I take my own of course.
I used to be able to buy chuckles (fruit squares) and spearmint leaves; nowadays I take along a Three Musketeers bar or a Snickers (bought on sale).

i'm usually carrying my backpack anyway so by the time i reach the theater, i have a soda, popcorn and candy tucked away.
it's bad enough that the movies are so expensive--but the snacks don't have to be if you think smart.

I bring my own 'candy' but it's usually something liquid, that mixes well with coke, if you catch my drift.
