many human beings seek for a rapid and elementary answer to spring into action. Osama Bin weighted down in Afganistan could have been adequate to try this wisely. This Iraqi warfare difficulty has not something to do with 9/11. Iraq and Saddam had much less to do with it than did Syria, Saudi Arabia or Iran. those 30% have been offered a bill of things and can't see for themselves what the info are. yet they're the minority, international!

It is common sense. Al Qaeda was in every country in the Middle East before 9-11. It would only dictate that they would also have been in Iraq.
Saddam also stated that he wanted to attack the US and Israel.
I do not recall Bush ever saying Iraq did. Send me a video link and I will retract this.

i don't believe that 50% of americans have ever believed that saddam had anything to do with 9/11.
then again, we have all known since 09/11/2001 that it was 15 saudi arabians who were organized by a saudi arabian funded by saudi arabian money that attacked america on 9/11.

Because they believed the President when he very slyly connected the two to justify his invasion.
No, he never actually SAID it. But members of his cabinet did. Dick Cheney did. And Bush spoke about Iraq and 9/11 in the same breath all the time.
It was calculated, and 50% of Americans were stupid enough to fall for it.
And 50% of THOSE people are still clinging to it, not wanting to admit they were snookered.

I don't think any body would be shocked, except for a few libs, if they found out conclusively that he indirectly had something to do with 9/11. most libs would just be sad.

i for one did not believe a word of it, as for the others my only guess is that they could not believe that someone could be as evil as to lie about intelligence so that they could take us to war against a country that had not threatened us or killed any American citizens or was involved with 911

That was back when people were actually searching for truth. Now they are so blinded by the hate of our current government, they don't care what they believe
