when i go to download the adobe flash player, it says that a golden rod will appear, and i would have to click it but when i click download, there is no golden rod, what do i do?
and how to i run the thing if i dont have administrative rights?
like do i go to the start button and then to the run button and then what else??

you cant install anything without administrator account...

If you don't have administrive rights, you can't download it. It has been blocked from your account and you'll have to ask the adminitrator to download it for you.

Thats prob why you cant install anything, without admin rights, you are so restricted to anything you do.

you will need administration rights if not owner will have to.
