American Diplomacy in the 21st century?

So what would you consider the most monumentous event in American foreign diplomacy in the 21st Century Socially or economically.

okay i understand that alot of people may not like america every one is entitled to their own opions. Thats cool but what would be an event?

2). The disarming of Libya
3). The non proliferation agreement between Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, The United States, and North Korea
4). AIDS relief funding to South Africa
5). ongoing trade sanctions against Iran
6). Closer relationship with Pakistan without offending India
7). Better coordination between allies to prevent the spread of terrorism
8). Emergency relief to Tsunami victims in South Asia
9). Lifting of trade embargo with Vietnam
10). Sowing the seeds of Democracy in the Middle East
