2). The disarming of Libya
3). The non proliferation agreement between Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, The United States, and North Korea
4). AIDS relief funding to South Africa
5). ongoing trade sanctions against Iran
6). Closer relationship with Pakistan without offending India
7). Better coordination between allies to prevent the spread of terrorism
8). Emergency relief to Tsunami victims in South Asia
9). Lifting of trade embargo with Vietnam
10). Sowing the seeds of Democracy in the Middle East

The concept of preemptive war. Skip diplomacy go straight to war. Since we don't know how to be diplomatic.
