Hey, I have never worn socks in my life and I am 60 years old..when I go to work out, I wear my sneaks without socks and the other gals look at me like I have lost it..do what you want to..it's your feet, and by the way, one advantage..no socks means no stinky feet..absolutely the truth..socks absorb the sweat and causes the feet to stink..good point eh?

It is not dumb. SOme sneakers are made to be worn without socks. I love the feeling of sneakers without socks myself, and been doing it pretty much my whole life. WHen I was in Jr High school, a lot of students wore their sneakers without socks, and it was a big fad in the 80s. Wear your sneakers without socks since you like it so much. Try to buy good quality sneakers that do not have a bad odor. Most of the sneakers I own never seen socks.
