well, some of his earlier stuff was actually good (yes, i said it and i think many action fans will agree), it's just some of the films being made now are kind of....lacking. and, rightly so, they seem to go straight to DVD or the USA Network.
and i'm not necessarily a "script" kind of guy, as long as you can give me some nice action scenes (actions speak louder than words--in action films any way). but the last few films i've seen don't deliver the goods in that department.

There's a flaw in your premise; I know for a fact that Segal's Monkeys walked out on him because they were tired of writing such crap. As I understand, they went on to write the "American Pie" movies.

I would say two monkeys and one typewriter is asking for trouble - either way it would take about 24 hours - monkeys are not very adept at using tippex
