I LOVE being active, not necessarily going on a stable bike (stationary bike, whatever it's called). I'm on outdoors girl, I love going outside and playing footie, it's my favourite thing to do... just going out and playing with friends or my team, I love it. I love to run, but mostly when there's a purpose... I'm not really the kind of person who likes to run on a treadmill (though I can stand it) I'd rather play a real sport like footie, because it uses my entire body and calves and legs.. I also love to swim.
I love the feeling I get when I'm active, I feel regenerated, I feel strong and powerful.
To girls (guys you might not wanna read this):
Whenever I get my monthly I actually FEEL like working out, as weird as that sounds.. other girls get all tired and sleepy, I actually feel stronger (weird) haha... I love it, I'm very active. I think I have restless leg syndrome (haha) because if I'm not moving then I want to.
I think I'm really lucky to like being active. It's why I will always be naturally fit, because even when I'm 'unfit' for myself, comparing myself to others I am really fit. When I first started the footie season again, I was 'unfit' in my mind, yet I could run for 90 mins straight without loss of breath (and I run a lot, as wingers do), people are amazed.
