So many to choose from, it's a hard question. Your best bet is going to be actually looking in the scary movie section. Session 9 is one of the scariest I've seen in a long time. To me their is a fine line between scary and gory, I prefer scary and suspensfull. The exorcism of emily rose was good and a bit scarier knowing it is based on true events. Dead silence was no good and hostel, saw and tcm were more gory than scary. Make sure if you see Session 9 to watch it at night all lights off and someone with you. The Vanishing is also good ( the original), Don't look now, haute tension and the evil dead are also great ones. Good luck

Hitcher. A guy gets chained to 2 trucks...his arms at one truck and his ankles at the other and his body rips apart. I was shocked at that!!! and hostel was pretty gross!! I turned away at some parts of that movie and it takes a lot for me to do that!!

Get The CUBE series, there are 3. They are sci-fi/horror. The one titled CUBE ZERO is the last one. Watch them in order!!!!

A really scary movie would be girls gone wild, why is it scary well because I am in it and I am married to you, so when you see it I am going really scared....
