I dont know why people use this term, it is insulting. It means a TS post-op. I hate the term. Possibly because I am a TS post op and have been for a lot of years. It seems only Americans use this term.

It's short for transgendered girl. It's basically most often correctly used for someone that identifies as female, but was born with a male body. Many/most change their body from male to female through "hormone replacement therapy" and various costly surgeries.

I may be wrong, yet I believe it means "trans-gendered", or to have had a sex-change operation. I could be wrong though and if I am, then I apologize in advance.
