Wait please. Do you mean to ask, "has there ever been a heterosexual human, that was sterile?" or what? If I've read your question correctly, the answer is definitely yes. There have been thousands upon thousands of heterosexual human being throughout history and even today whom were born sterile, or infertile. They have no way of naturally becoming or getting another person pregnant.

First off if someone is steril, they cannot have children. Most older heterosexuals that I know are far from steril, I know because alot of them are either pregnant or have kids of their own running around.
