Life isn't the NBA, it isn't ruled by beaucracy. So, no, any reason for liking or disliking a player is legitimate no matter how little people like it. Sometimes I just like teams becase they wear cool jerseys and it's not a crime.

Poo-holes is a cool name? He lived as a young boy in Dominican Republic, but if he was a student of any US elementary school, he would have been the most tormented boy of the last 50 years!
But its cool to be his fan. Hes got game!

It depends on which part of his name...
If it's Albert, well, all the Alberts I know bother the crap out of me. If it's Pujols...well...you do realize how that's pronounced right?
If you're gonna be a fan, at least know his stats, his history, how weird his last name sounds when it's pronounced...
