What is the difference between Sugar #11 and Sugar #14 as listed on the NYBOT futures?

Sugar #11 is "Contract calls for delivery of cane sugar, stowed in bulk, FOB from any twenty-eight* foreign countries of origin as well as the United States." Each contract is 112,000 pounds, or 50 long tons.

Sugar #14 is "Calls for delivery of cane sugar in bulk, CIF duty paid at named Atlantic and Gulf ports."

In general, it is a foreign or domestic thing. Specifically, however, it is more an issue of where it is delivered.
