Is there a J.D./M.D. program at Harvard Law and Medical Schools?

No. There would be no point, and virtually no one would be accepted to both programs at once. Harvard accepts people that will excel in their chosen field (singular). Law and medicine don't overlap enough for such a joint program to be worth people's time or money. If you're interested in such a thing, you're being overzealous.
