Plastic surgery is a risk that is undertaken with both sorrow and pleasure. Before making a decision, a person must consider risks such as unexpected costs, untrained surgeons, and physical pain during and after surgery. People should not be taken in by how inexpensive a surgery is; rather, they should be concerned about the most important thing of all: life. Plastic surgery is preferable for people who don't have other options, but it is not the best way to look like those Hollywood models and celebrities.

Plastic surgery is a risk that brings both sorrow and pleasure. Before making the decision to undergo this procedure, the person should be aware of the risks, including, money, untrained surgeons, and physical pain during and after the surgery. People shouldn't be concerned with how inexpensive the surgery is, they should be concerned with the most imporatant thing - life. Plastic surgery is better suited for people who do not have any another option, but it is not the right way to get a look similar to those of Hollywood models and celebrities.

I think I corrected some grammatical mistakes and changed a few things to make it sound better. You might want to include WHO exactly you would reccomend plastic surgery is okay for. Like accident victims who've had their faces disfigured, ect.

(I don't understand what the first line means). Before making this decision, a person has to know the risks and factors, including money, untrained surgeons, and physical pain during and after surgery. People shouldn’t be concerned about how inexpensive surgery is; instead they should be concerned about the most important thing-life. Plastic surgery is better for people who don’t have other options, but it is not a better way to get looks like Hollywood models and celebrities.

risk=risks

including=such as

untrained-unqualified (maybe)

shouldn't=should not (some people hate for their students to use Contractions)

concern=be concerned

how inexpensive surgery is= don't put IS or AT at the end of a sentence (sometimes they may let you)

change that all to:

they should rather be concerned with the importance of life than the low-cost of plastic surgery.

peoples=people (it's plural)

Plastic surgery is best for those with limited options (for what....), rather than those who want to look like Hollywood models or celebrities.
