No, It is still a misdemeanor crime in maryland. If you recieve the seeds via US postal service it is a felony. In some states, such as Nevada, even one seed is a felony to possess.
I would strongly suggest, if you do buy seeds (I reccommend you don't) but if you do, buy them from someone face to face. Do not have them delivered.

If you want marijuana seeds then get in tight with the stoners and tell them to keep the seeds from there best smoke, and if your planning on growing then you should do so indoors because I found out its easy.

no it is not legal, if found with them, you will stil be charged with possession
