I just sell off my house and my ex is always harbour a hatred against me due to this matter. He is making a false alleagations against me and he is apply PPO against me. What should i do ? I could not always take leave to attend to court hearing, please advise me..

Get yourself a lawyer. The lawyer should handle it well. Try to settle it out of court if possible. Talk to him peacefully and stand firm to your decision and all. Don't let him get everything his way.

What is a PPO? If you have got to go to court, you will get an order for a hearing and your job must let you go, without any flack on you for it.
As for him lying, go into court, keep your cool and calmly deny and explain his statements, a judge can usually tell when hostility is the cause of a court case.

i don't really understand what he's doing but if you get called to court, you'd better get a lawyer.
