I've tried several different numbers found on the web, and they are either disconnected or the menu options don't give you the option of speaking to a rep (even pressing "0", which usually does the trick, just repeats Equifax's address). I just have a simple, quick question about something important and can't believe it's this difficult to get a human on the phone!!

Yeah they love to change their phone numbers often or just have the machine answer.

I don't know what their current (speak to a person) number is and if nobody on here can give you a working number (human, not machine), you might go to the last link I have listed in my profile and ask the question in the credit forum. There is usually someone who knows the current numbers to the CRA's.
