I'm seeing less milk right now while on my period. Wondering if the period has anything to do with it, or do I have something else going on that I should be worried about.

Yes, it is normal during your period you may have altered amounts. Even at times during stress, it can affect your milk supply. After your period, your supply should return to normal!

It's common for there to be less milk produced during your period. Just keep nursing and you should be back to normal levels in a few days.

It is common the week before or during your period. I use Nursing Mom's tea during that week to help. You can also try mother's milk tea.

I never saw a difference in milk production while on period.... and I nursed twins... Are you sure there isn't something else going on?
