Sounds like it is razor burn to me. If it feels real irritated and itchy i am pretty sure it is razor burn.
Here are some tips to help you out next time you shave to reduce this problem.
1. take a nice hot shower to open up your pores.
2. Scrub down your body with a loofah to rid your self of old skin cells this is the primary cause of ingrown hairs.
3. when shaving use conditioner to shave this is a trick of mine it helps with the whole process and actually helps the skin out.
4. after pat your self down with a towel because rubbing will irritate the area.
5 use a unscented deodorant this is actually a trick strippers use to prevent razor burn and reduce irritation.
6. also use moisturizer...

Sounds to me like ingrown hairs, which can happen after you shave "down there". It happened to me too. For some reason, because I shaved, the hairs didn't grow in straight out but towards the skin side (I really hope that makes sense!) Also I think that it was from the irritation of the razor. They went away in a few days and were okay, but DON'T pick at them or they can get infected, and that's not good at all. Really though, it doesn't sound like an STD or anything serious, just "razor bumps". See a doctor if you're really concerned.

sounds like razor burn, the black is the hair growing back. That area is prone to ingrown hairs because of the courseness of the hair and the fact that they curl. To prevent razor burn in the area get a product like "Bikini Zone" to apply after shaving. Always use a good razor and shaving cream. If you're very sensitive you may need to use unscented shaving cream, that area is more sensitive than the other areas you shave. Aveeno makes a good one for sensitive skin.

I usually shave 'down there' and I know what you mean about the pimples. If they burn, don't touch them. If they're still there after the hair grows back a bit, I would set up an appointment with your gyno and see what's going on. I wouldn't be too worried about it being something sexual. I don't know if you see commercials for Gardisel, but it might be little warts. I got them too and you want to get them treated right away. Best bet is to talk to your gyno, she'll have a better idea. Hope this helps.

Use some sensitive shaving gel, or wax it. The bumps are what happens when the hair comes back in and if you do have sensitive skin, they'll be small red bumps. Shaving rash. Also, does anyone else use the razor besides you? That can cause it.

It sounds like razor burn. When razor burn occurs it can irritate hair follicles (the bumps you saw). Try applying some Baby oil to the area. Applying moisture such as baby oil to the area after one shaves will help it heal.
If it doesn't clear up in a few days I would recommend getting in touch with your dr next week to see what they think could be going on.

Probably just your hair is growing back or you have ingrown hairs.. because you will get a lot of ingrown hairs when you shave that part of your body ... i'm sure its nothing to worry about but if you remain concerned just go ask your doctor .. ..

Well I would go to the doctor to be sure no matter what. You do not want to leave something like this for to long. But it may just be in grown hair from shaving....
worst case senario it could be genital warts....go to an OBGYN or Planned Parenthood.

They are probably just the hair growing back. Give it a couple of days and if they still hurt go to the doctor.
This is why i waxed that area and not shave it
