I would say follow the directions posted above but add that you sand the wheel hub where the rotor goes so that it is smooth. Also, make sure the slides where the pads mount are flat and well lubed. When installing the tires, make sure to torque the wheels in a star pattern.

Its very easy. Jack up car and take off wheel.
Undo the two caliper bolts and lift caliper off.
Compress the caliper piston and remove the pads.
Clean and lube appropriate spots
Resurface or replace rotors
Reassemble.
