i'd say it's shin splints. i got them BAD during Basic Training. They said to take ibupropin BEFORE running, and ice your legs after. To make matters worse, they said i had stress fractures in my ankle. that definately needs a doctor opinion. good luck!

in the experience that your footwear are fairly sort new then you definitely could have shin problems if the footwear are no longer broken in yet. via fact this sounds like a persistent shin discomfort somewhat than an acute discomfort it form of feels to me which you're way previous shin splints. It sounds such as you're experiencing factor delicate discomfort alongside your shins, that's the indicator of a bad harm, a stress fracture or different stress fractures. I in basic terms those days got here off of harm from stress fractures in the two my legs. it could take place to runners of all distances and is mostly a mix of educating too stressful, working on stressful or choppy surfaces, and new or old footwear. the proper treatment for shin splints is long relax, 2 or 3 months to heal whether this is as long as 6 months to a three hundred and sixty 5 days based on the severity. i could unquestionably seek for out an Athletic coach or a doctor to diagnose the concern for specific. meanwhile, no working or leaping and use ice right away on the shin.

some of the home treatments that the other users were giving sound good and will work for a short time. It is not shin splints because they really don't exist it is anterior compartment syndrome you need to have a doctor look at it possibly surgery.

It's possible you could have something called shin splints. The only way to find out for sure though is to have this situation evaluated by your dr to see what they think could be going on.

unfortunatly, you'll have to take a break for a week or two. Make sure you have proper running shoes (runners etc.)
I did calf lifts before and after i ran. (stand up with tip toes on stairs. lift allthe way up for five sec. and all the way down for five sec. repeat several times) also do this to heal your muscles. your case sounds more severe than mine, however. After all that.... I'd see your doc.
