I am wondering if textile paints work well in 100% polyester fabric?

I'm not 100% sure they will work on a man made fabric. They are formulated for natural fabrics. Do a test on a small sample. Make sure you do a complete test, all the way through washing.

yup, that's what they're made for... painting on fabric.
