Dreams are flashes in your mind's eye of memories and thoughts you have stored in your subconscious. You can store memories from all of your senses, and they will be "replayed" in your dream. You mind tries to make sense of all of the information by putting it into what you will recall looks like a movie sequence. There is much more to it than just this, it is a very fascinating subject, but this space is very limited, and I don't want to appear to ramble. Hope this helps!

Dreaming is your higher self talking to you. Dreams generally use a symbolic language to do this. Many of the symbols are universal however there are also many unique symbols.
I find that usually there is a review of the day and any issues that we are focused on or that we are not paying attention to that are important come up.
Listen to your dreams they can be very helpful.
The best way is put a pad and pencil by the bed and as you go to sleep, tell yourself that you will remember your dreams.
Once you wake up before you get out of bed, write down what you remember. The key is how the dream feels, good, bad, indifferent. If you practice this on a regular basis your dream recall will improve and you will get more insight.

Sometimes I dream that Morgan Freeman is talking (only talking!) to me - sometimes I dream of people who are real to me. Nothing will EVER convince me that I didn't dream/hear the first tower of the World Trade Centre being hit. I woke up thinking a building near me had collapsed. When I gathered myself together and put on the TV, the second tower was hit just moments later. I live in Scotland, so there was no way I really heard it. Am I psychic? I really don't think so.......Deja Vu? Who knows? There is sometimes a reality in dreams. Sometimes it's wishful thinking (NOT IN THE CASE OF THE WORLD TRADE CENTRE FOR ME!!!!). I've had a few dreams which have proved accurate, but then again I dream of all sorts of things which I don't even remember - it's only when something happens in reality that we remember that we dreamt of them.

Dreams are our minds way of working the things out that we have had to deal with. Dreaming is a way into the subconscious mind and if you can remember your dreams accurately, you can sometimes work out, by representation, what your subconscious is chewing over. However, some psychologists believe that when we can't remember our dreams, it is for a for reason. The best way to start interpretting your dreams is to have a pen and paper by your bed and to write dreams down as soon as you wake up, and to wake up slowly. The other way of getting into your subconscious is through hypnotherapy, but if you ever do this, make absolutely sure they are accredited and go through your doctor or BACP etc. Hope this helps. Sweet dreams :)

Dreams are your mind wondering while your asleep. Thats why dreams sometimes make no sense at all, but sometimes they do. Space ailens coming down to fight Godzilla probably isnt anything special while having a dream of someone might mean you have feelings for them you didnt know you had. If you really want a full interperation of your dreams you need to see a psychologist

Dreams are what your mind is thinking when you're asleep. In my opinion they sometimes mean things. Several people have had dreams come true. Once I had a dream that my dog died and a few days later she did.

A dream is the experience of envisioned images, sounds, or other sensations during sleep. It occurs in humans, most mammals, and some birds. [1] The events of dreams are often impossible or unlikely to occur in physical reality, and are usually outside the control of the dreamer. The exception is lucid dreaming, in which dreamers realize that they are dreaming, and are sometimes capable of changing their oneiric reality and controlling various aspects of the dream, in which the suspension of disbelief is often broken.[2] Dreamers may experience strong emotions while dreaming. Frightening or upsetting dreams are referred to as nightmares.

Dreams are thought to be either wishes your heart makes or your mind trying to figure out how to accomplish an answer to a problem that could be perplexing you.
Some people even believe that their dreams are psychic - and are potential warnings or prophecy of things to come
