What are some home remedies for making a lighter or shorter period?

I don't know about home remedies other than wearing super tampons, but there are some pills that can help.

you can take birth control but that is about it... just try to be happy...maybe the book a time to celabrate would be good for you to read and understand that periods are a wonderful thing and that you should be happy to have them and not try to get rid of them or make them lighter. good luck

Birth control is the obvious thing though.

Drinking some freshly squeezed lemon juice decreases bleeding. It really works.

I suggest BC.

This works but it may seem a bit off..... Orgas.m's
the contractions speed it up and get it over quicker
trust me it works.
