Getting songs on my V3 razar?

I brought a usb cable for my V3 but I don't know how to download songs on to it, do I need to download some software or something? I never got a usb cable or any computer software with my razar.

if a box with options comes up when u plug in the phone, click the one that says view files, then try searching for the ringtone u downloaded then drag it into the file that holds the ringtones

use a usb bluetooth connector. Its way easier and only $20
