childhood memory?

Mine would have to be making rose petal perfume then selling it in the alley next to my parents house..lol !!!....i would then go & but loads of sweets with the money !!

i made the rose petal perfume as well. my dad went mad because i stripped all the roses.
my best childhood memory is going down the garden at my nans getting peas and plums off the tree, then going right to the bottom of the garden out of sight with my brother and scoffing the lot, then throwing the pea pods and plum stones over the hedge into the field behind

Of course Christmases were special but something else that stands out in my mind is spending a lot of time at my grandmother's in the summer. She often would ask me to go to the store (a real country store) to get something for her. She always gave me extra money and I would load up on candy also. Great memories!!

Well I could never forget this one ,All the family went to visit our grandfather. This day I had on a new lemon dress, really nice it was, My 2 older brothers asked could they go for a walk, and of course where they went I had to go too. But they never really like me going with them, but I went on & on , please can I go . Any way they were asked to look after me ,and for me not to get my nice dress dirty. What did they do,,? They climbed over a wall into a field that had cows, I climbed onto the wall, asked if they could help me. They picked up a stick , put the stick into the cows POO. & COVER ME IN IT, What a Memory eh!

well I was about 11 yrs old and my mom and dad lived right down the road from each other I lived with my dad an I walked down to my moms with my sister almost every day .well now my mom still lives in the same house but my dad lives in Florida I miss just being there an then I thought it was kinda weird but now I think it would be really cool.well it would be cool just to have my dad back .the other thing that was cool when I would get in trouble with my dad I would go down to my moms an I wouldn't in trouble till my dad would realize I wasn't in my room. the first place he looked was my moms .He knew I was going there some times before I would even get there. It was crazy well I have lots more but that was the first one that came to me . thanks for caring about others enough to want to know about others the way you do so can i know yours. I told you mine an I don't know your .I wanna know....family

First kiss in Kindergarten.
I was standing in line as we always had to. Then two peers bound my arms. I thought they were about to beat me up so I started to panic and fight a little. They said hurry up and then I got really scared. Then a little girl came out of the crowed and kissed me on the lips. I was so stunned. I wish I knew her today that conversation would be really interesting from her point of view.

Sitting in front of a roaring fire with a plate of cream cheese and tomato sandwiches made with uncut bread and watching the very first episode of Dr Who and as a surprise we got a big bun too, a rare treat in those days but ah I remember it well.

Not sure which is the best, as many can be remembered as that, but i can remember my first day at school and how upset i was when at lunchtime my mum turned up to take me home as we were only allowed a half day at a time for the first week... I think i cried !

When I was 2 my dad was TDY ( out of town on a mission or assignment in the military) at Christmas time. Christmas morning my brother and I got up early to open presents and there was a big box. We began to open it and my dad popped out! It scared the crap out of us and thrilled us at the same time! It was the best Christmas ever!
