i think i read something in the news about the somali goverment being toppled was this accurate their was a constant use of the word islamist and it was said to be an islamist place or have an islamist government and was toppled for that reason if so i do not see how this would effect terrorists as terrorists will plan and carry terrorist attacks out without the consent of the governments even attack the governments if they do not go along with their desires there are other groups different from al-qaeda non religious groups whgich cause trouble as well which are being ignored right now if there is to be a true war on terror the police in all countries should arrest these groups as well these groups exist in the u.s. in europe and elsewhere perhaps these groups were never treated in the way as that of prisoners as portrayed in the media when these groups did things of course none has done something as big but still they were treated in a different fashion no one said invade the u.s. they harbour terrorists no it was considrerd a law enforecement matter and would probably have stayed that way invading 11 countries would not do anything any army sent would alert terrorists and no one would catch them as they would be already gone this does no stop anyone from worrying bout the next attack or if a series of lengthy wars will follow though i understand why you ask this question even though you know the answer i do not know much about special forces or small military units but these seem to me to be forcs which can move fast and even in secret and have a chance of suprise though after a mission it would be easy for other terrorists to say it was an innocent camp not a training ground for terrorists and the soldiers were horrible people also people often call for missile strikes or the likes on places then when accounts of drug factories and the like being destroyed there is alot of aprrobation about how terrible things happen each time this occurs well do not reccomend them as a solution i say to whatever problem there might be even if not true it can still be said this is what happened and who can tell what did without the expertise and a prescence there and a certainty soldiers did not do these things in the case of a raid on a terrorist camp that was'nt one mistakes happen also people are labeled terrorists for not following a political agenda or are falesly accused of helping an enemy and tortured sometimes then military witnesses are sent on mission where they are killed off

I agree with Lydia-I thought there were Al Qaeda cells all over the world?

Frankly, I'm surprised that it's only 11, if that's true. I thought they had more cells in more countries.
