Cotten, I can get a better grip with cotton when I am having sex. Silk is awesome though! Not trying to make a joke, but the down side to silk is that it is to slippery. Your question just made me change my bed to cotton on the fitted sheet to silk on the upper sheet. Best of both worlds!!
