anyone have instructions on making character balloon table centerpieces for 2 yr olds birthday party?

I would like to use sesame street mini foil balloons with other balloons etc. to make some really nice centerpieces for the tables and I have searched the internet and even looked for kits and have found nothing that would help. I wanted something different then the typical balloons attached to a balloon weight. Any ideas anyone??Thankyou, any help is appreciated.

Get a circle of Styrofoam at the craft store.(the largest you can find). Set a stuffed ( IE. ) Cookie Monster in the center, securing is legs down with long U shaped wires across the legs, down through the foam and securing at the underside.Surround him with pink, blue and white artificial daisies, cut to various heights, But all being kept quite short.. Once the flowers are arranged around Cookie, secure the balloons to one of his paws. After the party, your child has a new Cookie Monster.
