Keep in mind that he doesnt say this to get into my pants bcuz he knows better..we are JUST FRIENDS..I am just wondering how could he possibly feel about his wife if he is doing so much to hurt her?

It means you don't read people very well. You had your chance but he wasn't good enough. Now that he's married you are interested. He's manipulating you and you're a chump if you believe the load of crap he's giving you. He wants the best of both worlds and you're falling hook, line and sinker.

Even though he confided in you, which is a wrong thing for him to do. I would not count on it being the truth. He could be lying about being unhappy and that he no longer wants to be with her. And if you think he is not making a play, then you don't know some married men! He already has sucked you in, because you have thought enough about this to write about it. So you are looking at this as a possibility. If you involve yourself, you are intentionally asking for trouble.
Because he is taken until he is no longer married.

I think this guy got married to her without first being sure that he was ready for that kind of commitment. If he loved her, he wouldnt complain about her and cheat on her all the time.

Keep this in mind: If he's cheating on her, he may cheat on you, too, so I'd stamp down any feelings you may have for this guy.

Yes, he's very unhappy. If he felt so strongly before that he didn't want to marry her, he really shouldn't have done it.

That's just what he gets for marrying someone that he didn't want to marry in the first place. He needs a brain pill.

He sounds like a loser to me - honestly, a guy who treats his wife this way is no good. He married her, he must have feelings for her and he may be telling you what he thinks you want to hear for his own selfish reasons. Move on matey.

He sounds like a jerk, happy or unhappy. I don't know why you'd want to be friends with someone who lies, cheats on his wife, complains about her, and hurts her. I wouldn't.

Married Men will say whatever they need to to try and justify wanting to cheat on their wives. They espically try to make her look out to be the bad one. If he hadnt wanted to marry her then why did he? Why is he staying? I would encourage him to go to counciling etc..

Yes, you gotta wonder. And think about whether you would ever want to become involved with someone like this. Why are you even friends?
