If pH=10 then 14-10 = pOH; pOH =4
1*10^-4= [OH-] only for a strong acid or base because they are completely dissociated.

pH = -log[H+]
pOH = -log[OH-]
pH + pOH = 14
if the pH is 10, the pOH is 4.
