Peoples genital size is determined by their genes not by how tall they are.

While genetics does play out in penile size, one would also suspect a correlation between a substantial increase in heighth, and the proportion of his penis. This is the same case as in dwarfism, most dwarfs have penis proportionate to their size. It could be speculated that a "significantly" taller man may have a larger penis. But that is not set in stone as there are a number of factors that can affect penis size, not the least of which is genetics. Another thought to ponder is the fact that the average penis size for men is that of 5.5 to 6 inches, this is also the average heighth for most men, between 5.5' and 6 feet. Now there is no direct correlation between heighth and penis size that anyone has ever been able to prove, but coincidence can suggest proportionality.
